Most of the meet and cheese we serve come from small local farms or medium size compagnies. We can guarantie the origin of those products and tell that all this is the result of a traditional work with the highest respect for the environnement and the animals. If you liked the food we served in our restaurant, we really encourage you to visit our partners and shop their products.

This meat is from 2 local cows (Tarine and Abondance) that are raised in the area. They have the same diet and regulations than to make the Beaufort cheese.
